CE&G is there when clients need us most – Following natural or unforeseen disasters, we assist our clients by meeting with state OES, FEMA or FHWA personnel to assess damages as quickly as possible, and estimate any immediate and long-term funding needs, enabling our clients to expedite the repair process.
In our endless effort to provide our clients with better and timelier service, CE&G’s emergency response app, CE&G Now!, allows our clients to quickly contact our senior personnel from the field to request assistance with any geotechnical emergency or issue affecting an Agency’s infrastructure. The app identifies the user’s location, and then prompts for contact information, descriptions of the problem, and even provides an option to upload site photos.
