Principal Engineer
Mr. Gregory is an experienced geotechnical engineer and project manager who has managed more than 60 infrastructure geotechnical projects since 1996. He has technical expertise in the analysis and design of slope stabilization measures including geosynthetic reinforced slopes and embankments, CIDH pile structures, and segmental block and soil nail retaining structures. Mr. Gregory is a registered civil and geotechnical engineer with more than 27 years of professional experience.

Principal Geologist
Mr. Wolfe is responsible for coordinating and overseeing geologic site characterization for all projects. He also manages all geotechnical peer review and special inspection and field observation services. Mr. Wolfe has extensive experience in the characterization and mitigation of large landslides. Mr. Wolfe is a registered geologist and certified engineering geologist with more than 29 years of professional experience throughout northern California.

Senior Engineer - Project Manager
Mr. Myers is an experienced project manager with considerable expertise in the design of earth retention systems for public and private facilities. He has extensive experience in the design of CIDH pile supported retaining wall systems for slope stabilization and reinforced earth structures and retaining walls and routinely uses a variety of pile and slope stability analysis and seismic response programs. Mr. Myers is a registered civil engineer and geotechnical engineer with fifteen years of professional experience.

Senior Engineer
Mr. Buscheck is a registered civil engineer with over 15 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and construction. His expertise is in the areas of construction cost estimating and damage assessment/repair design for a variety of structures. At Cal Engineering & Geology he is reponsible for geotechnical testing and special inspection services as well as residential insurance causation studies.

Mr. Hockett is a civil engineer who has been with Cal Engineering & Geology since 2004. He has expertise in pre-fabricated bridge structures, geogrid-reinforced soil slopes and segmental retaining wall designs, and preparation of plans and specifications for municipal agencies.

Senior Project Engineer
Mr. Bellas has worked with Cal Engineering & Geology on public works projects over the past ten years. He has worked with Principal Engineer Phillip Gregory on a wide variety of project for the past 18 years. Mr. Bellas has a wide range of experience on geotechnical design projects and has been the lead design engineer on several large projects completed for Alameda County, Contra Costa County, and numerous other municipal clients over the past ten years. Mr. Bellas is a registered civil engineer with 25 years of professional experience.

Senior Geotechnical Engineer
Mr. Watry is a registered geologist and registered geotechnical engineer who has worked with Cal Engineering & Geology as an independent consultant since 1994. He has expertise in the investigation and analysis of large bedrock landslides and has published numerous papers on the residual shear strength of bentonitic bedding plane shears in marine sedimentary bedrock. He has worked throughout California and has over 20 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
