Senior Geotechnical Engineer/Designer - 5 to 15 years experience
Cal Engineering & Geology is seeking a civil-geotechnical engineer/designer who is experienced with or desires to learn preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates for geotechnical-related construction projects. Ideal applicant would be a California registered civil engineer with geotechnical background (MSCE preferred) who is knowledgeable in the design and construction of reinforced soil slopes, MSE and segmental block retaining walls, soil nail and tieback retaining walls, and biotechnical applications for stream bank stabilization. AutoCAD proficiency and knowledge of public bid documents are a plus. Positions in our Walnut Creek and Oakland, California offices are currently open and ready to be filled immediately.
